By registering for the PMC BJJ Camp, I acknowledge and accept that participation in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and related activities involves physical contact and carries a risk of injury.
I confirm that all registered participants are medically fit to participate and that I accept full responsibility for any injuries, loss, or damages that may occur during the event.
I understand that registrations are non refundable unless otherwise approved by event organisers.
I authorise Perth Martial Arts Centre to use photographs and video footage taken during the camp for promotional and marketing purposes.
If registering minors, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and consent to their participation in all camp activities.
