PMC Membership Payment Update – EzyPay Authorization
We’re upgrading our payment system to EzyPay, making memberships simpler, more secure, and more affordable for our PMC community. This update allows us to reduce fees while improving the way memberships are managed and we’re passing those savings directly on to you. Important: To keep your current membership price, this form must be completed before 30 January. Members who do not transition by this date will move to the new membership pricing structure once payments are updated. Completing this form authorises Perth Martial Arts Centre to securely transfer your membership payment details from Success to EzyPay.
