Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art whose central philosophy is to control and overcome greater size, strength, and aggression by utilizing superior leverage, grip, and position upon your opponent. By training BJJ, students not only get greatly increased physical fitness, problem-solving abilities, self-knowledge of their body and mind but, they also gradually gain a higher sense of security and confidence.


Capoeira is a dynamic and spectacular multi-disciplinary cultural, sport and art form which draws on the rich tradition of Afro-Brazilian music, dance, storytelling, theatre, and self-defense. The cultural and oral tradition of Capoeira evolved from the history of the African people’s will to resist transportation from Africa and to survive enslavement in Brazil. From its beginnings Capoeira practice has been about strengthening the body and spirit of those who practice it by connecting them to their community.
Muay Thai


Often referred to as “the art of eight limbs” because of its use of punches, kicks, elbow and knee strikes, Muay Thai is an ancient art of self-defence that is intertwined with the Thai people.

Like most forms of martial arts, Muay Thai, teaches self-respect as well as respect for others. It has several core values, like discipline, determination, resilience and humbleness.
